i really need help to gather my second wind when training!?
ive been training for 7 months, 3-4 times a week, and ever since day 1 ive never been able to breathe clearly or get my second wind.. i only seldom drink and don’t smoke.. its annoying me now coz i have always been fit and now i always come last in training drills and cannot get onto my sports team, please help me

secondary to that, er… well, it’s a unique thing, so hard to give advice.
i used to jog, a few yrs back… after a small sprint, i’d amble on at a lesser pace… i couldn’t run as well as i’d have liked to.
but my point is, maybe you need music, or to be focusing on whatever gets you motivated. experiment.
