What switch should I use for this circuit?(7 segment decoder)?
I already have a DPDT switches with me, but how do I connect them to the breadboard or PCB?
Is a DIP switch good enough for this circuit?(I only need to do 4 digits -upto 9) I cant understand anything from the diagram given in this page.

A DIP switch is fine, but you need four individual SPST switches, not a DPDT. The 4 switches can be in one package, but they need 4 individual controls.
