How to decorate a small bathroom tastefully?
For starters it’s a full bath, tub, toilet, sink. Okay so when u first walk in the door the sink is three feet in front of u. It’s a pedestal sink which I personally love. On your direct left is the tub which is raised up surrounded by gorgeous ceramic tile. On your right of the sink is the toilet. And directly if front of the toilet is this “storage place” almost like a bathroom counter but it is only about a foot deep.
Anyway I want to redecorate and update it. I like the leopard and zebra print styles but I am worried it would be to much it such a small bath. So my question(s) are how should I decorate to make it look the best. Paint color? Accent color? Any advice will help!
I think a nice wallpaper that you really like would work well- or at least a border. Once you have that you can move on to general accessories that go well. (Personally I love dark blue and pale yellow for bathroom colors.) And you can put a tasteful mirror above the sink (maybe chrome if that goes well with the room). And then around the sink you can get matching chrome accessories like soap dispenser or toothbrush holder. You don’t want to crowd the room too much. You could also think about extending the storage place to make it more of a medicine cabinet sort of thing if you’re looking for more storage.
